In 2014 I taped Tom and Jason under the bridge. Tom was drunk at the time and over the years been thinking of committing suicide. The lord Jesus saved him from killing himself, after more then a year he has been sober and in a program. Jesus has restored him back to life. Teacher John Willis made a routine of taking his class to a local Steak n Shake for study breakfast and they became close to one of the waitresses, Martha. This Christmas, they decided to give back to this kind woman with a Christmas present she won't forget!
Angel was out shopping on Black Friday when she received a devastating call that her mother had passed away. Angel immediately dropped to the floor and started sobbing. That's when one kind stranger came over and gave Angel a much-needed hug and comfort. Together, they sat and cried over this heartbreaking loss. When Cameron Nelson walked into his local Chick Fil A, he was surprised to find a young man with a neck brace and sling working behind the register. Jakeem Tyler was in a car accident but continued to come into work because he needed the money for Christmas and wanted to help feed the homeless. Cameron was so touched by this sentiment that he posted to Facebook about his experience and it went viral. Now people from all over are reaching out to help Cameron and his goal of helping the homeless. What an incredible blessing!
When 82-year-old Dan Peterson's wife passed away he felt there was nothing left to live for. He eventually fell into a deep depression that left him practically catatonic. But one day at the grocery store, this grumpy old man was flagged down by a 4-year-old girl named Norah. Norah wanted a hug and to tell this total stranger that is was her birthday. From that moment the two created a beautiful friendship. In fact, they still visit each other every week. And Dan knows that Norah is his own little angel that God sent him when he needed it the most.
