15-year-old Luke McMahon has been friends with Blair Chapin since preschool. Blair suffers from Sanfilippo syndrome which is a degenerative cell disease with no known cure. For her birthday, Luke decided to help raise awareness of Sanfilippo in hopes of finding a cure one day. So he penned an original song called 'I Won’t Let Go' and dedicated it to Blair. And when you hear these beautiful lyrics, you'll be wiping away the tears.

When the bride's grandma was too ill to leave the hospital, she was heartbroken that she would have to miss the wedding. So this loving granddaughter decided to surprise her in the most special way. In her wedding dress with her new husband by her side, the couple went to the hospital to visit grandma. The joy on this grandma's face made my heart so happy! God bless these two for this loving gesture!

But when you hear what the White family learned about finding hope in grief and darkness you'll be inspired. Wow this is powerful!

Denzel Washington recently got a call from the daughter of his childhood librarian who was turning 99. She was hoping that Denzel could wish her grandma a happy birthday. Naturally, he called her on her birthday, but when he realized he'd be in town just a few days later he knew he had to stop by. And just check out the adorable visit between these two! Matt was already emotional hearing this touching message but when he realized his brother was actually in the stadium, the tears started flowing. This is an incredible surprise! 13-year-old Nick Lamb was asleep in his house when his dog Ace started to lick him on the face. Nick had taken out his cochlear implants while he slept, but thankfully Ace was around to alert Nick to impending danger. A fire had broken out and this hero pitbull helped save the day. I'm so thankful for God's amazing creatures!
