'The Chosen' Season 4 Trailer

‘The Chosen’ season 4 trailer recently debuted, and it’s slowly getting closer to what we know is coming with Jesus walking to the cross.

‘The Chosen’ will debut in theaters in 2024. The creator of the series Dallas Jenkins shared what we can expect. "We're getting closer and closer to what we know is coming. There's some extreme pain and sadness that's coming soon in future seasons” he said

Posted to YouTube, and gaining over 1,367,300 views, the series is captioned, “Clashing kingdoms. Rival rulers. The enemies of Jesus are closing in while His followers are struggling to keep up, leaving Him to carry the burden alone.”

Part of the doubting series is the shortest Bible verse found in John 11:35 when “Jesus wept.” The reason for the weeping is that mankind doesn’t understand why Jesus came to save us in the first place.

‘The Chosen’, a groundbreaking and historical drama debuted in 2019 and took the world by storm with more than 110 million viewers in 175 countries worldwide.  Prior to its debut, it was crowdfunded to raise money to create the series. Set in Judaea and Galilee in the first century, the show follows Jesus and those whom He met and ministered to.

The Chosen will be released in theaters on the following dates in 2024:

Episodes 1-3: February 1-14
Episodes 4-6: February 15-February 28
Episodes 7-8: February 29

After the premiere, the series will be released on the Angel app, the show's website as well as streaming on platforms, VidAngel, Netflix, Peacock, and Amazon Prime Video. While we don’t know what will unfold in Season 4, a few questions come to mind from Season 3: What miracles will Jesus perform? Will Ramah marry Thomas? Will Eden and Simon be blessed with a child they’ve been so desperately wanting? Whether or not our questions are answered, we do know this show will not only strengthen our faith, it will reach the lost and preach the life-saving message of Jesus! What a blessing this show has been for viewers around the world.

1 John 4:14 “And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.”

'Unsung Hero' True Story Of Christian Artists Rebecca St. James And For King And Country

This is an incredible movie based on the true story of Australian Christian artists coming to America. “'Unsung Hero' is the true story of Christian artists Rebecca St. James and For King And Country.

The movie begins in Nashville in 1991. The parents get connected with a local church, and they discover that the couple is from Australia. A congregant unknowingly asks if they are from England.

The daughter Rebecca tells her dad that she wrote a song and wondered if she could ask for an audition, but the dad encourages her to slow down. The dad is a promoter who is then motivated to have his daughter share her song for the label. The mother in a powerful scene, shows a jar with money in it.

She says that it is all that they have and that “it can grow and shrink, but it cannot disappear.” The husband works in lawn services. The family is seen around a dinner table. They are hugging, laughing, riding in the car, and the couple looks lovingly across the room at one another.

There is a moment where Rebecca says, “Maybe she is right. Maybe I am not meant to sing.” Her mom speaks truth into her life by saying, “Or maybe you’re not meant to sing other people's songs.”

An emotional moment comes when Rebecca looks at her mother and says that her dream is to be like her mom. Comically at the end of the trailer, Joel and Luke Smallbone are seen as little boys saying they want a record deal, and the dad tells them to get in line. Suddenly you see clips of them on huge stages performing today.

The movie comes out on April 26th and looks like a must-see for the whole family. This family has modeled walking by faith in the Lord and trusting in Him to open the right doors.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7

First Look At ‘If’ Family Film About Imaginary Friends Coming To Life

A new and upcoming family film, “If,” poses the question, what would happen if everything you believed and imagined as a child was real?

A youngster using their imagination, much like learning to ride a bike and tying their shoes, is a part of childhood. Most people, if they were honest, would admit to having an imaginary friend or two as a child. Imaginary friends were terrific. They were dependable, quiet and always wanted to play the same game as you.

In the trailer for “If,” which stands for "imaginary friend," those fictional, childhood companions come to life. They even interact with people in the real world. Of course, this would throw anyone and everyone’s life in upheaval, causing them to question their sanity. Luckily, this is only a movie.

In the clip’s opening seconds, a man encounters a large, purple and friendly creature. The man can hardly believe his eyes, but through their short exchange, the two appear to be familiar with one another.

“Hi!” the purple character says as he greets the man.

“Well, looky, looky,” the man says to the purple, Grimace-looking creature.

Later in the trailer, a young woman spots another imaginary friend. Given the situation, she has a perfectly normal and natural reaction. She immediately feints, falling to the ground, creating a loud thud.

The imaginary characters explain the reason for their presence in the real world.

“Our kids grew up, so we need new ones,” one character states.

The film, which is scheduled to hit theaters in May 2024, features an all-star cast. Ryan Reynolds, Steve Carell, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon and Vince Vaughn are all credited as having a role in the upcoming family flick, according to IMDB.

Additionally, the film was written and directed by The Office star John Krasinski.

Proverbs 18:24 “A man of many companions may be ruined, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”

Candace Cameron Bure Stars In Trailer For ‘My Christmas Hero’

Christian and “Fuller House” actress Candace Cameron Bure stars in a brand-new, Great American Family film, “My Christmas Hero.”

Christmas is a terrific time of year. It’s an opportunity for family and friends to gather and celebrate the birth of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Plus, there are often presents and meals full of delicious food. But for those who have experienced loss, the Christmas season can serve as a painful and stinging reminder of someone who has passed.

But as the film “My Christmas Hero” shows, God can still bring about good from those painful experiences and hurtful reminders. In the movie, Candace plays a character going through the first Christmas season since her grandfather passed away.

However, Candace’s character is not going to let her pain and hurt stop her from helping others. Instead, according to IMDB, her character is determined to find out how exactly a fallen soldier was killed. To do that, to bring comfort to the fallen soldier’s family, she reaches out to a current member of the armed forces – one whom she develops feelings for almost instantly.

Due to her research and desire to learn about the fallen soldier’s exact cause of death, the two start spending a large amount of time together. It’s crystal clear from the opening seconds of the video where this story is going.

Other characters start noticing what is happening between the two of them. Candace’s character seems reluctant to admit to herself or others that which is so painfully obvious to everyone else.

“That twinkle in your eyes isn’t coming from those Christmas tree lights,” her father says to her.

According to the video’s description, “My Christmas Hero” is available to stream on Pure Flix.

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

'Best.Christmas.Ever!' Official Movie Trailer For Netflix Holiday Film

Don’t miss your chance to watch, ‘Best. Christmas.Ever!’ Here’s the official movie for the newest Netflix holiday film! In a world filled with picture-perfect holiday greetings, 'Best. Christmas. Ever.' delivers a poignant and relatable tale that invites families to embrace the true spirit of the season.

The film follows Charlotte and Rob Sanders, a modest family living in a small apartment, as they navigate the complexities of envy and self-discovery during the festive season. We soon learn that the ‘grass isn’t always greener’ on the other side.

The trailer released online is captioned with the plot: “When a twist of fate lands Charlotte (Heather Graham) and her family at her old college friend Jackie’s (Brandy Norwood) house only days before Christmas, she seizes the opportunity to prove her old friend's life isn’t as wonderful as it seems from her holiday newsletter.”

The storyline unfolds with Charlotte's feelings of inadequacy, triggered by the annual Christmas letters from her college friend, Jackie Jennings. Jackie's letters paint a seemingly flawless picture of her family's accomplishments, intensifying Charlotte's sense of being overshadowed.

As the plot thickens, the Sanders family's quirks and individual dreams come to light, providing a refreshing contrast to the facade of perfection.

The film cleverly weaves humor into the narrative, particularly through the children's misguided mission to expose a mall Santa and Charlotte's suspicions about Jackie's seemingly idyllic life. These moments of liveliness balance the deeper themes of self-reflection and family dynamics.

The climax of 'Best. Christmas. Ever.' unfolds in a spectacular and unexpected manner, involving a solar-powered hot air balloon which happens to be a tribute to Jackie's late son, Daniel. This turning point not only brings the two families together but also serves as a metaphor for the transformative power of unity, love, and grace even in the face of misunderstandings.

In the same way that 'Best. Christmas. Ever.' weaves a tapestry of emotions and experiences. The belief that God can use all things to bring about good resonates deeply with the essence of the holiday season. This mirrors the biblical concept that God works in mysterious ways, using even the seemingly mundane or challenging aspects of our lives to bring about positive outcomes.

Families coming together to watch this heartwarming movie can find solace in the idea that, just as the characters in the film grow and find joy through their unique journeys, God can transform any circumstance into an opportunity for growth, love, and shared blessings.

'Best. Christmas. Ever.' serves as a reminder that, in the grand tapestry of life, every thread, no matter how intricate, contributes to the beauty of God's overarching plan for goodness and redemption. Grab some cozy blankets and your favorite hot cocoa and settle in for a heart-warming film!

‘The Forge’ First Look At New Film From The Kendrick Brothers

A brand new, upcoming film shows how difficult it can be to navigate life without getting the proper direction and guidance.

Life is nothing more than a series of choices and decisions. Every single day, everyone is faced with a number of choices. Some may be small and insignificant, while others can and will have and leave a more lasting impact. But ultimately, those choices and decisions and their consequences will determine the direction of our lives.

It's precisely because of the effect the choices made, especially during adolescence, can have that getting good advice and guidance is crucial in life. Without someone to point out the right, narrow path in life, troubling situations can occur.

In the trailer for the film “The Forge,” a young man, Isaiah, a recent high school graduate, is on a wrong and destructive path. The video’s description states that Isaiah is an aimless young man with “no plans for his future.”

The description states that Isaiah is challenged by his single mother and a local businessman who takes an interest in the young man to reassess his life. They have a desire for more in Isaiah’s life. They see the direction Isaiah is heading. They are willing to invest the time and care necessary in order to change it.

In the film’s short trailer, one female character gives Isaiah helpful and insightful words of wisdom.

“No, you devote your heart to following the Lord no matter what the cost,” the woman tells Isaiah.

Despite his earlier troubles, Isaiah learns about himself and “begins discovering God’s purpose for his life.” The Lord’s purpose for Isaiah’s life is “so much more than he could ever hope for or imagine," according to the trailer's description.

The inspirational, faith-based film is set to land in theaters in August 2024.

Isaiah 30:21 “And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way, walk you in it,’ when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left.”

‘The Shepherd’ Disney Christmas Film Based on Best-Selling Novel

“The Shepherd,” the beloved story about a Royal Air Force pilot during a routine, solo flight headed home for Christmas that goes haywire, has been made into a short film and makes its landing on Disney+.

As everyone knows, life is not always a pleasant or enjoyable experience. Sure, happy and joyous occasions, causes for celebration, do occur. But hardships and trials do not skip over anyone, coming to all at one time or another.

A new short film, “The Shepherd,” based on the novel written by Frederick Forsyth, is the story of a young man, a pilot in Britain's Royal Air Force, during Christmastime. The young man, hoping to go home for the December holiday to spend time with his loved ones, gets approval from his commanding officer to fly a mission over the North Sea. He is going home for Christmas!

But, as the film’s trailer shows, things do not go according to plan during his solo mission. In fact, he quickly finds himself in a position where his very life hangs in the balance.

Not too soon after takeoff, his plane has multiple, vital components that cease working. He’s left without power and fuel. His desperate pleas for help go unheard.

“Why won’t somebody listen to me,” the young pilot says through tears.

Barring a miracle, the young man is headed for a certain and likely painful death. However, before his plane comes back to the ground, likely in a fiery crash, the pilot reaches out to the Lord for someone, anyone to help him.

“Lord, please send someone to lead me down,” the pilot asks.

Before the trailer ends, it appears the Lord has answered the young man’s desperate plea for help.

A mysterious figure – a pilot played by John Travolta – appears from out of nowhere and gives the frightened pilot a look and a slight head nod.

“The Shepherd,” rated PG, lands on Disney+ on Dec. 1.

Matthew 19:26 “And Jesus, looking at them, said, ‘With men, this is not possible, but with God all things are possible.’”

‘Family Switch’ Netflix Christmas Movie Starring Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Garner and Ed Helms star in a new Netflix Christmas-themed film about what it’s like to experience life in someone else’s shoes.

No one can fully understand what it’s like to experience life as someone else. The Lord created us all as unique individuals. Each person has their own specific set of likes, dislikes and preferences. That also means that no two people will experience life the exact same way or think similarly on every topic or subject.

The new film from Netflix, “Family Switch,” explores this idea of living in someone else’s shoes, seeing things through another person’s eyes and with a different perspective. In the opening moments of the film’s trailer, Jennifer Garner’s character states she’s worried “that we’re all kind of disconnected,” in reference to her family.

Given how each member of her family, including her husband, played by The Office star Ed Helms, have their faces glued to a screen, her fear is understandable. Everyone seems off in their own world, completely unaware or unconcerned about the person sitting next to them.

Jennifer’s character, sensing the growing disconnect, is determined “to make a happy memory as a family.” In a moment of anger and frustration, each family member tells the other how much they wish they could know what it’s like to go through life as them. They all soon get their wish.

As the family gathers and poses for a picture, something unexpected happens. The following morning, the family quickly discovers that they have all literally switched bodies with one another. The baby and the dog even somehow managed to switch bodies, which provides for several jokes in the 2-minute trailer.

Ed Helms’ character, after discovering he switched bodies with his son, makes a joke referencing one of Jennifer Garner’s most beloved films. It’s quick, but fans of Jennifer Garner will pick up on it.

“I’m 13 going on 30,” he exclaims.

“Family Switch” arrives on the popular streaming service on November 30 and is rated PG, according to the film’s trailer.

Exodus 20:12 “Give honor to your father and your mother, so that your life may be long in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.”

‘The Boys In The Boat’ Movie Trailer From Director George Clooney

An upcoming film, “The Boys in the Boat,” gives viewers a look at the inspiring true story of a group of young men who overcame what were some pretty insurmountable odds to win gold at the Olympic games.

Life can often be unpleasant and unbearable, forcing people to endure difficult and trying circumstances. It can feel and appear that some people, for whatever reason, are dealt more than their fair share of hurt and heartache. However, no matter how overwhelming or bleak a situation may be, there is always hope that something greater and better lies just beyond the horizon and out of view. Those circumstances can serve to springboard people to greater things in life.

“The Boys in the Boat,” set during the 1930s, is the true story of a group of students struggling to survive and stay in school at the University of Washington. Given that the young men were living through the Depression, they all came from essentially nothing. But being desperate for food, money and a place to rest their head at night, they joined the University of Washington’s rowing team.

As the film’s trailer makes clear, this was a sport none of them had ever participated in previously. However, given their circumstances, the young men were willing to try and do anything to survive.

George Clooney, the film’s director and producer, describes the movie as being about “strong, tough kids, but they were poor and hungry.” He adds that they were “rowing because it was the only way they could stay in college.”

That group of underdogs went on to make their college team and turned many heads in the process. One character in the trailer states “that bunch of kids rowed like no one else that’s ever come through here.” Eventually, that group of persevering and determined young men would go on to win gold at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, Germany, defeating the Nazis, according to IMDB.

In addition to being directed by George Clooney, the film stars Joel Edgerton. It opens in theaters on Christmas Day and is rated PG-13 for language and smoking.

James 1:12 “There is a blessing on the man who undergoes testing; because, if he has God’s approval, he will be given the crown of life, which the Lord has said he will give to those who have love for him.”

‘Home By Sunday’ Casting Crowns Documentary Goes Beyond The Songs

“Home By Sunday,” a new, upcoming documentary film, goes beyond the music and gives an up-close and personal look at one of the biggest bands in the Christian music scene, Casting Crowns.

Movies, TV shows and programs like The Voice, American Idol and America’s Got Talent make the entertainment industry appear to be brimming with nothing but fun and happiness. Viewers get only a look at the glitz and the glamor. But a new documentary gives a look at the human beings behind the music and some of their daily struggles.

In the official trailer for “Home for Sunday,” viewers get a look at the documentary about the people in the band Casting Crowns. Despite the band’s massive success, lead singer Mark Hall understands that fame is not all it’s made out to be.

“We’d always come home at the end of it [a tour], and we’d walk into our church, and the middle school kid would say, ‘Oh, hey.’ The fame and the people being excited about you is really a bit of an illusion,” he said.

The documentary also examines the group’s beginnings, including Mark’s desire to remain a youth pastor. Band members also discuss some of the challenges of touring.

Touring, traveling across the country, or even the world playing music may sound like heaven to some, but it comes with challenges.

“When we first started traveling and singing, it was really hard,” Mark said.

Another band member mentioned how touring impacts raising a family and his children.

“Home-schooling on the road is a bear,” one man states.

However, despite the problems they might face while touring, Mark stated how he has witnessed the Lord use the band’s music to reach people.

“When I look out at people who are singing our songs back to us, God is connecting with that person through a song that He let me write,” he said.

The short clip ends with a beautiful comment from Mark about the power of music and how it can reach those lost and hurting for the Lord.

“As beautiful as art can be, if it’s not pointing to the truth, we’re steering people in the wrong direction,” Mark said. “That’s why music is powerful to me because it can point us to the Father.”

Philippians 4:8 “Finally brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

‘After Death’ True Stories Of Near-Death Experiences From Creators Of ‘Sound Of Freedom’

A new and upcoming film, “After Death,” which comes from the same people responsible for “The Chosen” and “Sound of Freedom,” examines near-death experiences and interviews several individuals who have undergone such situations.

As ironic as it may seem, death is a part of life. Everyone currently walking on the face of the earth will, at one time or another, pass away, ending one’s time on this planet. At that point, people will go to one of two places, and it’s entirely up to the individual which location will be their final destination.

The trailer posted on YouTube for “After Death” gives viewers a look at the film, which opens in theaters in late October. In the 4-minute clip, several people talk about their near-death experiences. The first man interviewed states that he was a pilot flying a plane in the late 60s. Eventually, something malfunctioned on the aircraft, which led to “trees filling” the plane’s windshield. A newspaper headline states that two men were killed in the plane crash.

But that was not the case. The man talks about being above the crash site and seeing his dead, lifeless body.

A second gentleman mentions that he was killed in a crash. A semi unexpectedly crashed into his vehicle, hitting him head-on. A woman points out that while traveling down a river, her “boat became pinned” and she was drowning.

Later in the trailer, others recall what they witnessed during these near-death experiences. Two men state that they saw darkness, being in absolute fear and terror. One of the men becomes overwhelmed with emotion, crying about what he saw during his near-death experience.

The film, which opens in theaters on October 27, is rated PG-13 for “thematic material including violent descriptions, some bloody images and drug references,” according to IMDB.

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

‘One Life’ Anthony Hopkins Stars A British Good Samaritan Who Saved Children During Holocaust

“One Life,” an upcoming film starring Anthony Hopkins, tells the story of one man and how he made a difference to hundreds of children, saving their lives during one of history’s darkest moments.

It’s commonly stated that one person cannot cause much change in the world. What difference can the actions of one man or one woman really make? How could the efforts of one ordinary human impact others? The answer to those frequently asked inquiries is more than anyone could ever imagine.

The trailer for the film “One Life” stars two-time Academy Award-winner Anthony Hopkins as Nicholas Winton. Nicholas, as IMDB states, was a British humanitarian during WWII. During this time, Hitler and his German forces were systematically killing Jewish people, trying to exterminate them from the face of the earth.

As the trailer explains, Nicholas, during a visit to Prague, encountered thousands of refugees who were at the “mercy of Hitler’s imminent invasion.” Moved by what he saw, Nicholas got to work, helping to relocate hundreds of children to safety. The children were moved from Nazi-occupied Czechoslovakia to Britain.

At one point in the trailer, one character asks a young Nicholas why he is spending so much time and energy helping to save those children. His reply is short, sweet and convicting to anyone who has witnessed an injustice but turned a blind eye.

“Because I may be able to do something about it,” he says. “I must.”

Later in the clip, someone else tells Nicholas that he places a lot of faith in ordinary people. Nicholas states that's because “he is an ordinary person.”

The New York Times reports Nicholas Winton rescued the lives of nearly 700 children in total.

In addition to Anthony Hopkins, “One Life” stars Helena Bonham Carter, Lena Olin and Jonathan Pryce.

Isaiah 41:10 “Have no fear, for I am with you; do not be looking about in trouble, for I am your God; I will give you strength, yes, I will be your helper: yes, my true right hand will be your support.”

The Shift’ Upcoming Movie From The Studio That Brought Us ‘Sound Of Freedom’

Angel Studios, the production company behind “The Sound of Freedom” and “The Chosen” is giving viewers a look at their latest upcoming film, “The Shift.”

Filmmaking is an art form that has the ability to reach millions of people. Yes, movies are a form of entertainment, allowing individuals a bit of escapism for two hours or so. However, films can also highlight stories and events and even force people to consider and look at things from a different perspective.

The trailer for the science fiction flick “The Shift” begins with a man and a woman sitting together at a bar. The woman then leans over and starts a conversation with the man. She goes over a series of scenarios, predicting how things are likely to play out between them if they begin a romantic relationship.

Everything sounds terrific to the man she approaches. He’s 100 percent supportive of all she mentions, giving a smile and head nod in approval. But then, completely out of the blue, she switches things up on the man, who is now interested in her.

“Now, there’s the bad thing that happens,” she says.

“Wait, wait. Hold on. What bad thing?” he asks.

The trailer then cuts to the man sitting in a vehicle as he answers a phone call from “Molly My Love.” A truck slams into his car on the driver’s side, sending glass flying everywhere.

When the man comes to, he encounters a mysterious individual, “The Benefactor.”

The man in the crash is then informed that the car accident never happened. The people he loves did not go anywhere, but instead, he is the one who left.

“There are countless other realities,” The Benefactor states.

The rest of the trailer is a look at an utterly broken and destroyed world where crime, violence and chaos appear to reign.

The film, which hits theaters in December, stars Neal McDonough and Sean Astin.

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
