This is a brief introduction to my book which I wrote to help the loved ones of substance abusers, alcoholics and addicts. It is my testimony and lessons learned from sixteen years of raising children who got addicted to alcohol and drugs and ultimately one committed suicide.

So Instead of telling anyone they decided to surprise this new grandma. When she walks around the corner to see her son holding her surprise granddaughter her face does not disappoint. And I need tissues!

Big brother Waylon loves his sweet little brother Wallace. And watching these sweet cuddles are enough to warm your heart all week! This cute little boy is one really good big brother.

Eugene felt God telling him to do something really really big, and act of kindness that would change someone's life. He listened to God's call and came across a video of Arthur a paraplegic whose dream was to walk again. How god brought them together and changed both of their lives will truly touch your heart!

When this veteran had a heart attack that left him in the hospital for months his dogs had to be taken to a shelter. Sadly he was gone so long his dogs went up for adoption. By the grace of God he got out just soon enough to adopt his dogs but needed money to cover the adoption fees. That's when the incredible people at the shelter and his local PetSmart banned together to raise the money. And seeing him reunited with his dogs is just about the sweetest thing you could ever see! God bless this vet and these kind people!
