If you ever visit Taiwan during busking hours, you just might meet a singing cat. There’s a group of street performers who regularly incorporate a cat into their singing performance, and he is really the star of the show. You’ve got to watch this video and see it for yourself. 

It’s not every day that you see a cat joining street performers in song. At different points in the busker's performance, they hold up an orange and white colored cat to sing “meow,” which he does very well. It is very amusing and makes you feel like you wish you could be there in real life to see it. It is its own kind of street act.

Another cat owner previously shared a video of her and her cat singing “A Whole New World.” Every time she’d sing a part and trail off, the cat would chime in with an adorable “meow” just in time. The kitty cuddles her as she sings, and sings to her like her singing. It’s so cute to watch and listen to them together.

This Dog Won't Be Outdone

And if you like singing cats, you’ll probably like singing dogs, too. There’s a couple in the UK who own a dog named Alfie, who looks like Fabio when his ears are brushed and has a howl that sounds like he’s trying to sing opera. When he’s grumpy, he will also make a strange whining noise and make all sorts of other growls and sounds. 

“You just don’t know what you’ll get. You might get a bit of an F1, you might get a bit of a moo, or you might get the full-blown Sydney Opera House Alfie and Pavarotti,” one of his owners said. 

It is so cool to see these animals, and that cat joins those street performers in song. It’s one of those things that you just don’t expect to ever see.

Get ready to see some serious strength and teamwork! Rescuers worked feverishly to free a large animal from a frozen pond.

The scene is set in this video of a group of strong firefighters and an elk in need. Rescuers worked feverishly to free the large animal. Watch as the rescue team is holding onto the front legs of this massive elk to attempt to get her out of the ice-cold water she had fallen into. The camera glances over to another elk and explains how her animal friend stayed with her the whole time. You can see a huge attempt to get this large creature out, but the struggle is evident. 

Firefighters Never Quit Trying

The fire department had to think quickly on their feet to get this animal safe and sound. You will see video footage of them trying various things to get the elk out of the frigid waters, but many failed attempts. You see, the elk just keeps swimming around in a circle. They first got her looped on a pole to help guide her to the edge of the water. You will build with hope and anticipation as she tries to escape, but she does not fully trust the firefighters who want to get her out.

Finally, the team makes excellent strides, and the elk is beginning to ascend from the water. She is not quite out, and someone makes a joke about her needing to go to the chiropractor. The crew at her back end helps give her a boost, and everyone is working so hard as a team. Suddenly, she is up and walking. Everyone cheers! The 900-pound elk warms up and goes near her friend. Everyone breathes a sigh of relief.

As we ponder how their rescuers worked feverishly to free the large animal, may it give us hope. God has designed us to help one another in the body of Christ. When we fall into pits, or others around us fall, we can build trust to help each other in this life.

Wild orcas crashed the swim course last year in June 2025 at the Vancouver T100 Triathlon. You will see in this video the largest fin popping out of the water. Then, you listen to a man in shock at how large it is in the background of the video. You see a clip sharing the final racers of the triathlon coming out of the water at 12:35 pm. Suddenly, a clip of the ocean is seen at 1 pm, and huge orca whales begin splashing out of the water as they swim the course. Everyone is in shock as these massive mammals play around and blow water out of their blowholes. You will feel like you are out on the water with them.

A Powerful Reminder of God’s Power as Our Creator

You can see the fin size in comparison to the boats behind the whale, and it is incredible. The fin looks about as big as the sails on the sailboats! It was an amazing moment to catch on film. I am sure that the triathletes were relieved to be finished with the race before the whale party began. Thankfully, everyone was safe, and no one was injured. These creatures appear playful and fun, but they are also called killer whales for a reason. This event ended up being the perfect time to have a smooth race and an after-race show. 

As we are in awe that the wild orcas crashed the swim course, may it remind us of the greatness of the God that we serve. He is the Creator of all things, and He is glorious.

A trail camera in San Diego, California, captures a coyote hilariously scooting right on by. It is like something straight out of a cartoon. You have to see it to believe it.

What do people imagine when they think of footage found on trail cameras? Maybe a predator crawling around at night or rare footage of animals that are wary of humans, but a coyote scooting across the ground on its hind legs is probably not one of them.

The coyote caught in Mission Trails Regional Park’s camera proves why its species is the subject of several cartoon characters.

Hilarious Responses to the Video

One person commented, “Sometimes you just gotta do a little extra wiping 😂.” Another said, “Mission trails❌ Mission to leave his trail✅.” Another person added, “I’m glad to know it’s not just domesticated dogs doing this on the carpet 😂.”

It is just hilarious that a trail camera could capture a coyote’s actions like this. They seem much less feral and more dog-like after witnessing this behavior. 

In April 2022, someone in Vancouver filmed a wild coyote playing with a dog toy in her backyard. The coyote was enjoying itself as it picked up a ball and tossed it up in the air several times, chasing it. The owner thought it was an “adorable” moment to see the coyote being so playful. 

At a filmed golf tournament earlier this year, a wild coyote hilariously attacked a fuzz-covered microphone and ran away with it before it realized it was not lunch, making spectators laugh. 

All of these moments just go to show that coyotes really are just wild dogs. They’ve got their different personalities and funny habits, and are always entertaining to watch.

Get ready for total cuteness! Watch as these raccoon kits climb single-file to mama. 

At the start of this video, we see a regular backyard fence. On the fence is an unexpected view as raccoon kits climb to mama. The multiple black, white, and gray animals are stacked on top of each other like something out of a movie. They are climbing with all of their might up the fence post. You see the first raccoon do his best and slide a little on his way up the post.

Suddenly, the mama raccoon appears and reaches down to help her kit up with her mouth. The first kit is safe and sound at the top of the fence with mom. You watch as three other raccoons are striving to get to their mother. The second raccoon is even stronger than the first and essentially gets to the top all by himself. It is adorable to view.

It's a Strong Reminder of the Importance of Motherhood

The mama and the first raccoon begin the journey westward on the fence as the second raccoon gets to the top. The little third raccoon makes it as the final raccoon, working so hard to catch up with his brothers and sisters. The mother slowly moves forward while glancing back to check on her young. 

As the final baby is striving to get to the top, the mother turns all the way around and climbs over her kits to get to him. Right as she arrives, the kit reaches the top. She continues over the babies and heads down the fence. One baby falls off the fence again, and they pause to wait for him to get back up. Watching these raccoon kits climb to mama is touching. Motherhood requires a lot of patience,e and watching this raccoon mama reminds us of the love and care that a mother has for her babies and the love that a baby has for his mama.

Meet Jimothy, Seattle’s viral raccoon with short spine syndrome. His unique condition makes him adorable and fun to watch. Play the video to see what we mean. 

The internet has been following little Jimothy, Seattle’s Viral Raccoon, since he was just a baby. Now, at approximately one to two years old, fans keep a watch for Jimothy sightings. In July, fans were delighted when he was caught performing a new move—a somersault/barrel roll. 

Due to his condition, Jimothy’s head is about a quarter of the size of his body, and he can’t move around as agilely as his siblings. He kind of looks like a fluffy ball with legs.

“I got very confused at what I was seeing,” said one observer. “I just have never seen any other animal like it.”

Observers note that when he was younger, his mom and siblings would patiently help him with his tasks and even carry him when needed. He’s a local legend now in his Seattle neighborhood.

What Is Short Spind Syndrome?

Short spine syndrome in raccoons isn’t something very common. 

“In dogs, short spine syndrome causes the vertebrae to remain soft and pliable during the fetal stage, rather than hardening into bone,” journalist Sarah Kuta said. “Over time, the vertebrae get compressed and may eventually fuse together. Dogs with the condition usually have short, sloping backs and short tails. Scientists don’t know what causes the condition, but they suspect inbreeding may play a role in its development.” Like some dogs with the condition, Jimothy also has a short, sloping back and a very short tail. 

Videos of Jimothy have gotten over 5 million views, and it is safe to say he is a Seattle celebrity. Recently, the local baseball team, the Seattle Mariners, hosted a “Jimothy Night” in honor of the raccoon and his fans. One of the team members even had Jimothy t-shirts made for his team, and fans had the option to buy them, too. 

I’d bet that Jimothy, Seattle’s viral raccoon, is bound to be the state’s next tourist attraction—though he may prove to be a little elusive.

When a little boy was playing outside his Conneticut home, his trusty dog, Bella, had his back.  He barely had time to react when a large animal started to head toward him. But watch this hero dog save the 6-year-old from a bear attack.

The boy’s dad, Jeffrey Tazzara, heard Bella, a husky, barking aggresively. 

“A vicious bark, not like she barks and yips and howls and stuff … this was a different kind of bark,” he recalled.

When he watched his surveillance footage, he could see the small black bear start to head in his son’s direction. Bella chased it and nipped its tail, and it ran off under Jeffery’s boat and then into the woods. 

If she had not been there, it could have been a different story for Jeffery’s young son. Since the dog saved the 6-year-old from a bear attack, he made sure to give her a big juicy steak. After saving the boy’s life, she certainly earned it.

How Dangerous Are Black Bears?

Black bears are able to swipe their paws with over 500 pounds of force. The force of their bites are much worse—with over 800 pounds of force. It is perhaps needless to say, but bears can be very dangerous animals to be around. 

Earlier this year, another dog protected her family from a bear attack in New Mexico. In the evening one day, a farming family noticed their dog was very attentive to the farm’s parameters. When they woke up the next day, they found her badly wounded. There was evidence indicating she had chased a bear off the property, including scratch marks on trees. Her sacrifice meant all the other animals on the property, including 60 chickens, were safe from harm.  

It’s just incredible that these dogs saved their families from such huge threats. They certainly deserve lots of choice meats, pets, and belly rubs!

Two fighting bald eagles got tangled up in a power line in Canada and had to be untangled by emergency personnel. It could have gotten nasty, but the entanglement may have actually saved them from harming each other. After they were removed, they flew away to safety. 

Two bald eagles getting tangled up together mid-fight isn’t something you see every day. Once firemen got on the scene, they de-energized the line, went up in a cherry picker with a local bird handler, and quickly untangled the birds whose talons were locked together. 

"A great example of fast action and teamwork between our teams with a very happy ending,” the fire department, which is located in Surrey, Canada, said.

How the Eagles Got Tangled

Eagles actually lock talons in both fighting and flirting. 

“Whether for courtship rituals or battles over territory or food, eagles are no stranger to mid-air talon-to-talon contact,” says bird expert Emma Raasch. “While courting, male and female bald eagles will lock their talons together, wings outstretched, and twirl through the sky together. Fighting eagles, most commonly males, will interlock talons, but in a much less cohesive manner. During battle, each eagle will try to get an advantage over the other by flying above it, however, the other eagle will struggle to reverse the advantage in their own favor.”

The power line likely caught them in a free-fall as they were flying together. Thank God that people noticed that the tangled bald eagles were in distress, that the line’s power got cut quickly, and that people came swiftly to help them.

About 14 years ago, Steve Greig’s rescue dog died after it was hit by a car. He healed his loss by going to shelters and looking for dogs awaiting death row. Now, he only adopts the dogs no one else wants. 

The first pup he found was a little 13-year-old chihuahua. It brought him a lot of comfort, so he kept adopting dogs no one else wanted. He’s now taken in over 40 animals. Many of them are dogs in their senior years, but he also has cats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and a pig named Bikini. 

Because of Steve’s admirable effort to adopt dogs no one else wants, he’s inspired a lot of people to do the same. In fact, he has over one million followers on Instagram who enjoy seeing Steve’s love for animals—and his dogs’ amusing senior moments. 

In a recent video he shared, he calls his bulldog, Alice, repeatedly. But the dog just sits there, either lazily or deafly staring into the distance.

He Doesn’t Just Adopt Dogs

In June, he picked up a kitten that was in the rain. 

“When I was coming up with a name, I had in mind that he's a very young kitty, in a house full of old dogs, an old cat, an old pig, an old chicken and an old man,” said Steve. “So I wanted something that represented youth in an environment of the elderly. I came up with Pool Boy… In a few weeks he will no longer need to be isolated and he can begin bringing some new life into this old house. I'm a little worried for us all,” he joked. 

Adopting dogs no one else wants is not easy. It requires a lot of patience, time and money. It’s so heartwarming to see people like this and remember that good exists.

There is a small team of donkeys, some of which are named Leonor, Ainhoa, and Ume. They graze for seven hours on average a day. Because this has been so successful, others are following suit across the country.

How the Firefighting Donkeys Project Began

There has been research that reveals the lack of donkeys has increased the number of forest fires in Spain. Donkeys are larger than goats, so their impact is greater. It is shared that they also eat much more than goats. This inspiring act called The Fireflocks Project began in 2016. 

It is amazing to ponder the way that God’s creatures can help protect and prevent hardships on this earth. He is an intentional Creator. He told us that we have dominion over the animals, and part of that responsibility is understanding how to utilize His creatures to take care of His beautiful world. This video will inspire you that even unexpected animals, such as donkeys, can have a powerful impact and be heroes.

Dogs can be quite the beggars, as they sit and watch closely as you chow down on your evening meal or midday snack. No one wants that.

Well, in a clip posted on YouTube, two dogs, instead of resorting to begging, decided to help themselves. Both spotted the target: a mouth-watering red velvet cake, and then hatched a plan, which hopefully ended with it in their grubby little paws and mouths.

After closely watching where their owner placed the delicious cake, the pair of pups put their plan into action. As one might expect, one of the dogs remained near the woman as she enjoyed a piece of cake, keeping an eye on her and distracting her.

This happened while the other pup was in the kitchen, putting its ingenuity and creativity to use, working until the cake was secured.  Once the cake was in their possession, they took off to enjoy the object of all their effort and work.

There are a lot of things on this Earth that will cause people to spontaneously remark on its level of cuteness. Because there are people with nefarious and devious desires in this world, security and protection are certainly needed. An entire career field - security and law enforcement- is now abundantly and wholly necessary because of this, with really two big aims: to protect the innocent and potential victims from harm and catch the offenders.  

When most people think of law enforcement and security, they likely immediately think of the men and women who work as law enforcement officers and in the military. But that is certainly not all; locations often hire security officials, including a Brooklyn museum that has a cat on its security team.

According to the video posted on YouTube, the cat protects the museum’s bone room, where many skeletal remains are housed. Apparently, this was something that urgently needed protecting and this adorable, four-legged security pro was one for the job.

Now, you’re likely wondering about the feline’s name. What does the feline security official go by? What do his co-workers call him? Well, hilariously, and most appropriately, the cat is known as “Bone Jovi.”

Security can be dirty and even a hairy job, but somebody has to do it, and Bone Jovi puts its life on the line every day to protect that collection.

One of the many reasons that makes animals so darn great is all of the unexpected funny things they do. Honestly, who doesn’t want more reasons to laugh and smile? As most people know, animals have a mind of their own. Most of them will do what they want when they want. While this is true in many cases, as with everything in life, there are exceptions to the rule. Some of our animal friends, like dogs, have much more pliable wills than others. Tempt a dog with a treat, a walk or even a few scratches on the head, and you can probably get them to do just about anything.  

But there are other animals whose wills cannot and will not be changed or influenced. Of course, every pet owner knows that I’m speaking of cats. Felines are, without a doubt, the strongest-willed, most hard-headed beings on God’s green Earth. No amount of begging or pleading is going to get a cat to do what it does not want to do.

When a cat wants attention, they want it now and will find a way to get it. In a clip posted on YouTube, one feline found an unusual and hysterical way to get that much-desired attention. It decided that it was going to walk out onto the stage during a production of “Romeo & Juliet.”

The video shows the attention-seeking, show-stealing critter on stage as it pulls and tugs on the hair of the actor who is playing Romeo. At one point, instead of simply walking off the stage, the cat literally lies down, sitting next to Romeo.

That’s just a cat being a cat. Anyone who has ever had one is not surprised and understands that this is something a feline would absolutely do.

Typically, thievery is not something that is or should be laughed about and looked upon favorably. It’s against a whole host of laws, including the 10 Commandments. Not only that, but one could argue that laughing at or taking it lightly whenever something is stolen might even encourage more of that illegal activity.

Yes, stealing, taking anything from someone else by means of force or deception, is wrong. However, much like the English language, there are exceptions to every rule. Now, I’m not pro-theft or anything of the kind, but when animals are the suspects, it's always funny, regardless of the situation or what is taken.

Every pet owner completely understands how hilarious it is when Fluffy unexpectedly makes off with your omelet, chicken leg or gets into your morning coffee. You can’t do anything but laugh when your pet decides to help themselves. A clip posted on YouTube shows what happens when two dogs work together to get their paws on their owner’s sandwich.

Their nefarious sandwich-stealing activity began when they both spotted the sandwich at the same time. It’s like they immediately know what the other is thinking when they see their owner walk with her plate of food. They must get her sandwich and will stop at nothing to make it happen.

Their plan, while simple, requires an incredible amount of speed. One moment, one of the dogs is sitting in the living room, and the next, it is outside ringing the doorbell, wearing a questionable disguise to create a diversion. When she goes to answer the door, that is their chance to snag the sandwich, and it hilariously works to perfection!

Hilariously, the dogs worked together to push the woman outside and then lock the door once she was finally out of the structure. Then, the big question, at least for the dogs, anyway, becomes, what do you do with that newfound power? Well, they had some ideas.

For starters, they decided they were not to go to their upcoming vet appointment. It was erased from the calendar, and instead, it was filled in with going to a nearby dog park – a much more pleasant and enjoyable outing.

But the dogs don’t have control of the house as long as they’d hoped. Their reign is rather short-lived, and I can only imagine the kind of trouble they likely found themselves in.
