I've come to realize that nobody steps on a scale and realizes they've literally gained 100 lbs in a night. Almost no one looks at their bank account and says, "I swear there was $1 million in there yesterday and now it only has $21.83." No, change happens slowly. Why are we so surprised that positive change happens that way, too. What if you did something small today AND tomorrow AND the next day too? What if you never quit your little positive habit?
