This man was prepared to end his life on a highway overpass. But these compassionate, and well-trained, policemen arrived just in the nick of time. Their comforting reassurances at the end had me reaching for the tissues. Let’s thank our Lord for these brave rescuers.

(Of course, the message is that we can ask why things turned out the way they did, doesn't seem fair. I don't want to give the story away to those who have not heard the song, but we get the answer in the end. God has His own plans. His thoughts are not our thoughts, His ways are not our ways.)

(I know someone's gonna ask this question, so I'll answer it in advance. "Shouldn't there be five wooden crosses?" No, because there is no indication that the bus driver or the truck driver died. It's not unreasonable to believe that, since if the hooker survived, then so might the drivers. Beside, the three wooden crosses are supposed to make us think of the three wooden crosses on Calvary, and "five wooden crosses" would destroy that connection.)

Christian artist LeCrae isn’t afraid to profess his love for the Lord. After winning a Grammy, LeCrae gave all the glory to God. And it had my hands in the air saying ‘Hallelujah!’ What a perfect speech!

Leah is a worship leader at Bethel Church in Redding, CA. This song is from a wonderful live compilation album called "You Make Me Brave", recorded in Redding at a 2013 women's conference. Written by Kari Jobe, Brian Johnson, and Cody Carnes. I highly recommend this album, lots of good stuff on it by some very talented ladies.

This is a lovely and powerful song by Kristene DiMarco, from the fantastic compilation album "You Make Me Brave" (Bethel Music). Kristene wrote the song, and it includes a variation on the old Horatio Spafford hymn "It Is Well With My Soul." The album was recorded at the Bethel Women's Conference in Redding, CA in 2013. Lots of really good stuff on this album, I highly recommend it.

Ali's dad was an addict who gave her a passion for material things. Now, Ali is all grown up, but she realized that she still loved materials, especially her beautiful wedding ring, more than she loved life. And HOW she turned it around is inspiring.
