This young woman just welcomed a baby girl into the world. And when Grandpa comes by the hospital to see the new infant, he's overcome with emotion at the baby's name, Mary Elisabeth. This was his own mother's name who passed away 34 years ago, before she was able to meet any of her grandchildren or great-grandchildren. What a beautiful way to remember this woman!

10-year-old Leah knows what it means to love people that others choose to ignore. Leah spends her spare time performing random acts of kindness and when she saw this homeless mother and daughter on the street, she knew she had to show them love. Young Leah gave this family food, money, and love they desperately needed. I'm reaching for the tissues!

When her art teacher heard this, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Students in Stevie's class along with the school pooled their money to give Stevie this amazing gift. And when you see her reaction...this is so touching.

A young boy was thrilled when he noticed a note on his toy police car outside their home. An officer with the Carmel Police Department noticed the small car and left a thank you note to the boy for 'being a good guy.' This simple gesture went a long way in the eyes of this family. Amazing!

After Diogo Balant exchanged vows with his new wife, he walked over this his now-step-daughter, Isadora. Diogo got down on one knee and recited the sweetest vows to Isadora. What a beautiful wedding moment that shows just how loved these two women will now be. Aw!

When Brandon and Kathy Gunn got married, Kathy's great aunt Alison gave them a gift that they were not suppose to open until their first disagreement. So Brandon and Kathy stuck that box on the pantry shelf and debated opening the box with each disagreement. But each time they wondered 'Will we need it more the next time?' Finally, after 9 years of not opening the box, Kathy and Brandon decided it was time. The couple had not had a fight in a long time and when they opened the gift they realized it was nothing special, just some bath salts and money for wine. But that's when they figured out the real gift was what it taught them about love and marriage.

Andrew Lumish has rightfully earned the nickname 'The Good Cemeterian" thanks to his selfless work of spending his free time restoring the graves of American heroes. He was upset when he saw the graves of soldiers covered in moss and dirt, so Andrew decided to create his own system to keep these final resting places clean. God bless this kind-hearted man!

Lily The Bear has lived in a small cage at a roadside zoo for 10 years. Thankfully, PETA was able to convince the owners to allow Lily to spend the remainder of her days in a sanctuary as Lily was terribly overweight from a lack of exercise. Torrie is a kindergarten teacher who thought she was receiving the 'Love Is The Key' award at a recent assembly. She was seated in a special chair and a video started to play with students explaining what love means to them. And when they got to the final line where a student says 'Love means you're getting married' and pictures of Torrie and her boyfriend Brett started playing...look at that reaction. This amazing engagement is sure to put a smile on any face!
