To help us win spiritual battles we can pray for protection using the Word of God. If we are in Jesus Christ, and have received Him as Lord and Savior, we have all the promises of God that are in Jesus yea and amen available to us as children of God. The Word is the Sword of the Spirit and can be used to overcome as Jesus demonstrated in the desert. We can overcome enemies, incliding Satan and his demons, with the authority Jesus has given us. Join with us in prayer. Meanwhile, if you don't have a good evangelical, Bible based church, pray and ask God to help you find one.
My son Joshua was born with a serious heart defect, he's four but should not have lived an hour. He's had five surgeries, three of them, open heart, four catheterizations and one stroke. This song by Kutless gave me the strength to take him through his last surgery and will remind me what our faith can do in the years to come as we face more. God is good. He can move mountains, he can make broken hearts brand new. Thank you to Kutless for reminding me what a gift my faith is.
My dad passed away from Colon Cancer on September 14, 2011. Sometime soon before that, he started to learn how to play the guitar. He got to play a song in front of church just months before his cancer went to the terminal stage. Shortly after that, he said he was too weak to play the guitar anymore. This song has been noted as his song ever since.
