But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. 16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

By definition, a "leader" is simply "one who goes first." Of course, he must have at least one person following him, or he is just a "go-er." A genuine Christian leader is not one who lords it over others, but who is a helper of their joy. One way he does that is by being real, that is, authentic, with those he serves, setting an example of intimacy with Jesus Christ as the source of his own strength. The Heart of a True Leader

By definition, a "leader" is simply "one who goes first." Of course, he must have at least one person following him, or he is just a "go-er." A genuine Christian leader is not one who lords it over others, but who is a helper of their joy. One way he does that is by being real, that is, authentic, with those he serves, setting an example of intimacy with Jesus Christ as the source of his own strength. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died. 16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of: 17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. 19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another. 20 For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.
