Kundalini Yoga teacher, Mike Shreve, was teaching yoga and meditation at four Florida universities (USA). Then an encounter with God changed everything. (Check his website https://www.thetruelight.net.) After receiving Jesus as Lord of his life, he closed his yoga ashram and began traveling and sharing about the huge difference between the Impersonal Cosmic Force he once believed to be Ultimate Reality (Brahman) and the Personal God of the Bible.

Prayer is one of the most frustrating and confusing aspects of the Christian life. More often than we'd like, prayer is not a means of coaxing God to give us what we think is good for us, but rather is a process of opening ourselves to whatever He decides is good for us and wants to do in and through us.

Even for those who believe the Bible is beneficial to read, they sometimes find themselves struggling with feeling like it's irrelevant to real life. Maybe we need to look at the Bible differently to understand it's personal message to every truth seeker.
