Everybody loves to dance, but as a Christian, not everyone wants to do moves that shouldn't be done in public, or to music that's not uplifting. We also know the benefits of being in shape and staying active regardless of age. Still, many of us do not enjoy traditional exercise. For many years now, people have asked me "Ok, you have three kids...and you're in shape, How often do you go to the gym and work out?" My answer is "I don't (go to the gym...I haven't been in years) ...I drink lots of water and I dance". Putting the right fuel in the body, burning off the proper amount of energy by being active, is a great combination. This is what has worked for me over the past twenty years. Q. Have You ever been confused and believed a non-truth? A lie?
A. I know I have many times - both non-truths and plain ole lies!

I remember as a little boy I just knew the "LONE Ranger" was really called the "LONG Ranger"! I argued with my mom until she showed me a coloring book with the truth. We need to go back to the BOOK for the truth - AMEN!

God is not a man that lies - Numbers 23:19
God can't lie - Titus 1:2
Impossible for God to lie - Hebrews 6:18

Q. Do we really know where we are going? What we are doing? Why we are doing what we are doing? Could we believe a lie?
