Sacrifice: A person, animal, destroyed, or killed. Jesus became the sacrifice for us on the cross for the redemption and forgiveness of our Sins. The Apostles and many followers of Jesus sacrificed and suffered the same faith, death. They were brothers and sisters who risked there lives for us and the gospel.
