Christ died and paid the death penalty for the homosexual and the heterosexual. Yet, there are those who preach hatred, judgment, and even the death penalty for gays. God is pouring out His Grace, today, not judgment, on anyone.
From the Food For Thought Series by John W Baker. The goal of this and other videos from the series is to edify and teach sound doctrine through rightly dividing the word of truth. These videos are a study of God's word through dispensational truth.
God has not changed but the way He has dealt with man has varied from one dispensation to another. Today it is through pure grace that God is dealing with us.
The study of scripture through the lens of different dispensations clears up many difficult passages of scripture many Christians struggle to understand. By putting everything into its proper place we come to understand the great truths in God's word and how to distinguish which are intended directly for us and which were intended for others in different programs throughout the Bible.
I humbly pray that you will find these videos useful and edifying and you will Be like the Bereans of old (Acts 17:11).
Since it has been a hot topic for some I have decided to make a video dealing with the translation of the Greek word pascha to Easter in Acts 12:4. Did the translators get it right here or should the word have been translated Passover like it is in every other instance in the KJV New Testament (28 times). We owe a great debt to the KJV Bible translators for their labor in bringing the Bible to the masses of English speaking people in the common language of the day. But did they always choose the best translation of certain words? Watch the video to find out the answer.
Amazing footage of Tsunami in Japan caught on video. Please keep the Japanese in your thoughts and prayers and if you can please send monetary help to these people through your favorite charity.
What has happened to these people is NOT a judgment from God but simply a natural event.
Christianity.com Editor, Alex Crain, talks with Dr. Steven J. Lawson about a number of issues related to the latest volume of his book series on the doctrines of grace.
From The Food For Thought Series by John W Baker. Today it is rare to hear the Gospel of the Grace of God preached to the lost. Yet this is the gospel by which we must be saved today.
The enemy has attacked the gospel from all sides and angles today and has substituted a FALSE gospel that does not and cannot save men from their sins. He has introduced works into the process and wants people to believe they must do something other than trust that "Christ died for our sins".
Many times people are told they must be water baptized, repent and confess their sins or pray some non-scriptural prayer called the Sinner's prayer not found in the Bible itself.
Our Apostle, Paul, stood in the defense of the gospel given to him, are you willing to do the same today? If you answered yes please leave a comment saying you will be faithful and stand in defense of the the Gospel of the Grace of God (Acts 20:24).
