Vince Gill and Lainey Wilson Beautiful ‘I Will Always Love You’ Duet

Get ready for an amazing Opry song. Vince Gill and Lainey Wilson's beautiful ‘I Will Always Love You’ duet.

As Vince Gill begins to sing this well-known song, the audience starts to cheer. He has a great voice with such a nice tone. Lainey Wilson then comes into the musical moment, singing the second verse. She adds her own flair to this song.

Her voice sounds so familiar to Dolly Parton, who originally penned this song in 1973. The song was written as a farewell to her co-star, Porter Wagoner, on his show. It later became a hit when Whitney Houston recorded it.

The Chorus:

And I will always love you
I will always love you, you
My darling, you, mm-mm

Vince Gill and Lainey Wilson have both become well-known household names in the music world. Gill has written songs such as ‘When I Call Your Name’ and ‘Go Rest High on the Mountain.’

Wilson has recorded top songs like ‘Heart Like a Truck’ and ‘Things a Man Oughta Know.’  It is fun to watch the different generations come together doing what they are gifted at.

It reminds us to respect those who have gone before us and celebrate the talent of those coming up around us. Their harmonies stand out especially on the bridge and the final chorus. It is absolutely stunning.

At the end of the song, Lainey thanks the Grand Ole Opry and wishes Dolly Parton a happy birthday. This performance was part of the celebration of her 80th birthday at the Opry. Vince and Lainey were given the opportunity to sing in her honor. They definitely did a fantastic job honoring Dolly with their unique spin on this well-known hit.

Whether you are a fan of old or new country songs, this video is a place where any music lover can land. It is full of heart and fantastic vocals and instrumentals. You will love every minute of this performance!

“We love because he first loved us." 1 John 4:19

American Idol Hopeful's Powerful Original Song Will Have You in Tears

An American Idol hopeful’s powerful and original song will have you in tears. The young man’s moving tune was about a dark, unimaginable personal tragedy that changed his life forever. Watch the short, but tear-jerking clip to hear the young man beautifully perform his original song about a terrible event in his life.

Life is not fair, and anyone who believes it is for a moment is beyond naïve because they are only fooling themselves. Horrible, painful situations do happen in life and often come about through no decision or fault of our own. That sad and undeniable fact can make the situation even worse, sometimes causing people to question God and ask, “Why me?”

There are times, unfortunately, when we will never get an answer as to why this or that happened, at least not on this side of heaven. However, and thankfully, there are ways and avenues to channel and work through that pain, grief and sorrow. Some may find it helpful to talk to a professional, while others may look for more creative outlets to vent their pain, hurt, and frustration, such as writing a song.

In a clip posted on YouTube, one young man, ahead of his audition, told the show’s three judges that his father “ended” his mother’s life. So, the song he was about to perform was an original of his about a personal, painful family tragedy that forever changed his life.

It's a beautifully written tune, in which the listener can hear and feel the pain the songwriter feels at losing his mother. It is one that is likely to bring a tear or two to your eye.

Additionally, the woman who had raised the young man, his grandmother, was snuck into the room and was able to listen in as he performed for the judges. She was also able to witness them give her grandson three yes votes, sending him into the next round of the competition.

Romans 8:18 “I am of the opinion that there is no comparison between the pain of this present time and the glory which we will see in the future.”

Experience the 80s Again With This Beautiful Cover of Toto’s 'Africa'

If you need a reason to smile today, let me introduce you to the internet’s current joy-maker and experience the 80s again with this beautiful cover of Toto’s ‘Africa.’ Sina Drums is teaming up with friends to fiddle around, and we are absolutely here for it.

She released the video just a few days ago, and it’s already gone viral with over 198,399 views. Can you believe it? One watch turns into two, then three, and suddenly you’re sending the link to everyone you know with a, “Okay, but you HAVE to see this.”

There’s something about ‘Africa’ that hits a sweet, nostalgic nerve. It feels like long, lazy childhood days—music drifting in from the radio while you played outside and Mom deep-cleaned the house. Or those endless road trips with your parents, windows down, snacks everywhere, and a song that somehow made the miles disappear.

Now? It’s the song we get to pass down to our kids. The one that turns into a full-on car concert, belting out the lyrics while our teens roll their eyes from the back seat—pretending they’re annoyed, but secretly knowing every word.

What makes this collaboration even better is the heart behind it. Sina Drums has never been about flash or ego. She says it best herself:

“I love making music, playing drums and working together with other musicians. On this channel, you will find drum covers, original collaborations with musicians from all over the world as well as original music released under the name ‘Chi Might Project.’” She added

I love that she says music brings people together. I couldn’t agree more. And you can feel that spirit in every beat. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about connection. Friends making music. Artists lifting each other up and just having fun. Joy spilling out through rhythm and shared creativity.

In a world that often feels loud in all the wrong ways, ‘Africa’ feels like a reminder of what music was always meant to be—something that brings us together, across generations, across screens, and across the miles.

So go watch it. Then watch it again. And don’t be surprised if you find yourself smiling, tapping your foot, and singing a little louder than your kids would prefer.

Busker's Lovely Rendition of Billy Joel’s ‘Piano Man’

Busker's lovely rendition of Billy Joel’s “Piano Man” will have you swooning. It is just the thing you’d want to hear on a rainy day. Play the video to step into the beautiful experience.

It’s a dreary day on a London street, but this busker, who goes by Leire, brightens it with her piano and lyrical performance of Billy Joel’s “Piano Man.” It’s a song about how music brings people together, and that’s exactly what it did.

As Leire plays in the middle of the busy street, people stop in the drizzle to hear her play. Some of the song’s lyrics are:

Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright

Billy wrote “Piano Man” after he worked as a bar pianist in Los Angeles. It’s all about his perspective as a pianist whose music soothes lost wanderers looking for a little connection. It was released in 1973, but it sounds timeless.

“I suppose when I was actually doing the gig, I was thinking, ‘Well, this is different than I thought things were gonna be,’” Billy said before. “I wanted to be a recording artist … and here I was in this bar in Los Angeles playing for a drinking crowd.”

“It was kind of an odd situation for me, but I recognized that there was something that was so unique about it, I might be able to write a song about this,” he explained. “I might be able to capture this moment. And that’s how it got written.”

Leire’s voice is a wonderful match for this song. It’s strong and carries well across the street. It has a certain magic that draws listeners in like flies to honey.

Her voice is so emotive and lovely; she has a natural gift. It’s wonderful that we all get to hear it through this cover.

Bob Dylan’s ‘Forever Young’ Gets Stunning Cover on The Voice

Bob Dylan’s “Forever Young” gets a stunning cover on The Voice by a 42-year-old stay-at-home dad with a youthful voice. It’s a wonderful performance. Play the video to see it.

Youth often dominates The Voice stage, but this man, Joe Topping, proves that age has no effect on talent. His voice absolutely stuns the judges, and judge Anne-Marie’s jaw almost hit the floor from the moment he started singing.

His voice is gentle and lovely—the kind you’d want to hear sing a lullaby. As he sings, his wife and two sons stand proudly by, watching. Two judges slammed their buttons to snag Joe for their team, but judge Olly Murs secured him for his team by blocking judge Sir Tom Jones, much to Tom’s disdain.

“Your performance was impeccable. I was incredible, honestly, genuinely amazing…I think that you’re great,” Olly told Joe.

“I love the way you sang,” said Jones. “It was just real. You just came through like you meant it and you know, I loved it.”

“It was so beautiful,” added Anne-Marie.

Judge Will.i.am said, “I knew you were playing the guitar because your singing and timing were one. It was immaculate. You have a really, really awesome talent.”

“It’s honest. The world needs that type of singer-songwriter, playing from the heart, connecting to other people’s hearts,” he continued. “People like Bob Dylan, that craftsmanship, those types of artists, they need to resurface.”

Joe grew up listening to Irish and American folk songs at his father’s club. His father was also a singer. Joe was always surrounded by traveling musicians and great music, so it’s a no-brainer that he’d also develop some musical skills.

He’s a wonderful singer and guitarist, and his family should be proud that he made it on The Voice and impressed the judges so well.

A Cappella Cover of ‘How Deep Is Your Love’ Will Give You Chills

This stunning a cappella cover of “How Deep Is Your Love” will give you chills in the most wonderful way. It’s 100% all voices, showing there’s no need for instruments. Play the video to hear the amazing Bee Gees cover.

The cover sounds simply divine. Every one of the nine singers has a chance to shine. It’s clear that they are all gifted singers.

The arrangement is very clever. Each singer has mastered the art of harmony. They sound simply wonderful together.

Some of the lyrics of “How Deep Is Your Love” that they sing together are:

And you come to me on a summer breeze
Keep me warm in your love, then you softly leave
And it's me you need to show
How deep is your love?

The Bee Gees’ “How Deep Is Your Love” was a number one hit in its time. It was written by the three brothers, Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb, with help from keyboardist Blue Weaver. It was released in 1977. The beautiful melody is a lot different than the band’s more pop-sounding hits.

The brothers were in France at Château d’Hérouville when they felt inspired to write the song.

“We went into a room at the Chateau. Chopin had stayed there, so every time I looked at this piano, I envisioned Chopin playing,” Blue Weaver said. “I sat down at the piano and thought of his ‘Prelude In E-flat,’ and I knew Barry [Gibb] could sing in E-flat.”

“ … Through the stained-glass window came a beam of sunlight, and Barry sang, ‘I know your eyes in the morning sun,’” he recalled

Barry once said, “I think, the title 'How Deep Is Your Love' we thought was perfect because of all the connotations involved in that sentence, and that was simply it.”

The band actually wrote it for singer Yvonne Elliman; however, music entrepreneur Robert Stigwood insisted that the brothers sing it.

The Bee Gees made a beautiful song, but it sounds all the better when this a cappella group sings it.

Buskers' Stunning Duet of Adele Hit 'Easy On Me'

These buskers turned in a stunning duet of Adele’s hit “Easy on Me.” Their rendition of the classic was spectacular, and you’ll likely find yourself returning to it again and again. Watch the short but delightful clip to listen to these two incredibly gifted musicians perform Adele’s “Easy on Me.”

There seems to have been a noticeable and considerable resurgence in the popularity of covers as of late. That’s likely due in large part to shows like American Idol, The Voice and America’s Got Talent. Nearly every musical performance on those popular programs is an individual singing a highly recognizable, beloved tune. Sure, some of them perform originals, but by and large, the majority are covers.

While nearly every even remotely popular tune has been covered, some are more difficult to do than others, much more so in some cases. For instance, someone attempting to sing a Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin or Mariah Carey song has a tall task ahead of them. Those ladies could hit notes that most people can only dream about reaching.

The same can be said for someone trying to perform a tune from British crooner Adele. She has an unmistakable, distinctive voice and sound, and arguably has one of the best voices in all of music, ever. However, that did not stop two young musicians from giving Adele’s “Easy on Me” their best shot.

Despite the challenge of trying to live up to the original version, the two talented young musicians knock their cover out of the park. It’s fantastic, with each of them putting their considerable musical gifts and talents on full display. And because they did, we are all blessed with a fabulous cover of the song that is near and dear to the hearts of many.

How can you not appreciate and admire what these two young people accomplished with a truly difficult tune?

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

Celtic Thunder Releases Stunning ‘Sound of Silence’ Lyric Video

Listen to this stunning rendition from Celtic Thunder of the song ‘Sound of Silence.’ As the lyrics flash across the screen, beautiful images of picturesque scenery are shown along with some videos of Celtic Thunder singing. They really do this classic song justice!

‘Hello darkness, my old friend, I've come to talk with you again
Because a vision softly creeping, left its seeds while I was sleeping
And the vision that was planted in my brain still remains
Within the sound of silence’

The song ‘The Sound of Silence’ was originally recorded and released by Simon and Garfunkel in 1964, but it was promptly ignored by mainstream radio until it became an unlikely hit in Florida. Now, the tune has been covered by a wide range of musical artists and has become a classic.

Simon wrote ‘The Sound of Silence’ when he was 21, and he explained that he wrote the song in his bathroom, where he turned off the lights to concentrate better. "The main thing about playing the guitar, though, was that I was able to sit by myself and play and dream. And I was always happy doing that. I used to go off in the bathroom, because the bathroom had tiles, so it was a slight echo chamber. I'd turn on the faucet so that water would run (I like that sound, it's very soothing to me) and I'd play in the dark,” he said.

As for Celtic Thunder, the Irish singing group was formed in 2007. They are known for their eclectic, theatrical-style shows, and the Celtic Thunder Band backs the group on their concert tours. Their live shows are known for their dramatic set pieces, visual effects, and highly choreographed staging.

In December 2008, 2009, and 2011, Billboard magazine named Celtic Thunder the Top World Album Artist. Their first three albums also placed in the top 10 of the World Albums chart. The group gives dynamic, electric performances, and it is so fun to watch them perform songs from all different genres on stage.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this rendition of ‘Sound of Silence’ from Celtic Thunder today.

Choir Delivers a Stunning A Cappella Cover of ‘Tomorrow’

A youthful choir delivers a stunning a cappella cover of “Tomorrow” from the famous musical and movie, “Annie.” Their voices are so fine-tuned, it sounds like there are instruments. But it’s just their wonderful voices. Play the video to enjoy the sweet sounds.

This version will certainly be unlike any you’ve heard before. It starts with bird-like whistle notes and airy vocals that rise and fall with impressive balance. And in contrast, there are moments when the passionate, repetitive chorus almost sounds a little like pop, as surprising as that may sound.

Hearing the singers' voices sweep, lift, and rise is astounding. You can tell all these youth are having a blast as they harmonize. It’s a simply beautiful moment.

It’s a very creative arrangement of the classic song. The song is usually sung as a solo by tradition, so it’s very refreshing to hear a take on it like this.

Some of the lyrics from the long-loved song are:

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
'Til tomorrow

The legacy of “Annie” spans over 140 years. It all began with a poem, “Little Orphant Annie,” which James Whitcomb wrote in 1885. In 1924, it became a comic strip in the New York Daily News.

A few years later, it was a radio series, and then a movie, with many adaptations over the years. The Broadway musical, “Annie,” debuted in 1977 and won seven Tony Awards.

“Tomorrow” is one of the most popular songs from the musical, and it’s easy to see why. It’s filled with contagious determination, positivity, and grit–and it sounds nice, too. Music director Ben Bram and his A Cappella Academy have done a wonderful job with their cover.

If you’re a fan of musicals, then I hope you are delighted with this thoughtful performance.

Woman Earns 4-Chair Turn With Unique Cover of ’80s Hit ‘Down Under’

Everybody loves a good chair turn on The Voice Global. Check out as this woman earns a 4-chair turn with her unique cover of ’80s hit ‘Down Under.’

At the start of this song, Keith quickly laughs, smiling in awe that this young woman has taken the opportunity to rearrange a classic 80s song. She has turned “Down Under” into a ballad. The original song was released in October 1981 by the band Men at Work.

This young woman’s name is Drew Walker, and she is only 22 years old. She takes on unexpected belts, powerhouse moments, and sweet soft authenticity. At the end of her song, the judges and the audience cheer so loudly and are thrilled.

Keith Urban stands in ovation. She shares about how she is from Ichuka in Victoria. The judges make jokes that she must not be the best help on the farm where her family lives.

She says that she is doing the fun stuff at the farm alongside her musical gigs and songwriting. The judges thank her for sharing the emotion of the song. They highlight her layers and vulnerability.

They tell her that she took a risk and it paid off. After wowing the judges and the crowd, Drew selects her coach. This farm girl is now living her musical dream.

Australians adore this song. It is an anthem to their nation. The chorus says:

Oh, do you come from a land down under?
Where women glow and men plunder?
Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder?
You better run, you better take cover, 'cause we are

There is a pride and joy in being a part of a nation and something bigger than yourself. The Bible tells us that we are ambassadors of heaven. All who believe in Jesus are part of His kingdom, and we can celebrate that always.

“So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” 1 Corinthians 5:20

Stunning Rendition of The Carpenters’ ‘Close to You’ Is Flawless

This stunning rendition of The Carpenters’ “Close to You” is flawless, without question. There is so much depth and sincerity in this cover. It’s beautiful. Play the video to give it a listen.

This young woman singing, Russian native Alyona Yarushina, has a wonderful maturity to her voice, just like Karen Carpenter’s.

The Carpenters, a sibling duo, released ”Close to You” in 1970. It was their first No. 1 hit and was originally written by Burt Bacharach & Hal David in 1963. Several other singers recorded it before the siblings made it a hit.

“One day we were talking with Herb Alpert [who owned A&M Records], and he said, ‘Have you heard this song ‘Close To You‘?’ He gave me a lead sheet on it and said, ‘Why don’t you see what you can do with it?’ So we did!” Richard Carpenter said

"He [Alpert] thought the song had potential and said to me, ‘I want you to do anything you’d like with this. I have a recording, but I don’t want you to hear it until after you do yours because I don’t want anything to influence your arrangement,” Richard said

The fact that they hadn’t heard the song before likely helped it become a hit.
The song is a lovely little ballad about being struck by love. Some of the lyrics are:

On the day that you were born, the angels got together
And decided to create a dream come true
So they sprinkled moon dust in your hair
Of gold and starlight in your eyes of blue

Alyona arranges her own layered vocals in the song in a special way, too. And it’s a nice touch that makes the song a little bit her own.

Alyona does a beautiful job with this song, doing justice to the original. It’s just an absolutely lovely cover.

Beautiful, Moving Violin Take on Christina Perri’s ‘A Thousand Years’

This is an incredibly beautiful, moving violin take on Christina Perri’s “A Thousand Years.” It is just stunning. Play the video to enjoy its serene quality.

Zhanna Stelmakh is an incredibly talented young woman. Her beautiful violin playing is special all on its own, but when it's combined with these stunning visuals, like in this video, it is astounding.

The Germany-based musician plays in the courtyard of an old, but well-kept stone building near the sea. It’s so serene and peaceful to look at the wonderful scenery from aerial and close-up views while she plays her music. It’s a wonderful mix of beautiful architecture and nature.

This isn’t a simple song to capture on the violin, but Zhanna does it so well. She’s an absolute master and is a joy to watch.

If you want a few words to sing along with the beautiful track, some of “A Thousand Years” lyrics are:

And all along I believed I would find you
Time has brought your heart to me
I have loved you for a thousand years
I'll love you for a thousand more

Christina Perri wrote the song in 2011 with her producer, David Hodges, specifically for the movie “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn–Part 1.” After it played in the credits, the producers wanted it to be in Part 2, too.

Christina said, “ I received a phone call that during a screening for Breaking Dawn – Part 2, they put in 'A Thousand Years' as a temp, and they had planned to use a new song. But when they watched it together, they said, 'this is it.' I was asked if I minded recording it again, and I said, 'no!'”

“I got to re-do it with a full orchestra, and I made it a duet and added a verse,” she said. I'm super honored.”

It’s a beautiful love song that resonates with many more than just “Twilight” fans. Anyone who enjoys good music loves its melody, and Zhanna does a wonderful job of honoring the song's beauty.

Mother’s Original Song About Postpartum Depression Brings Carrie Underwood to Tears

If this doesn’t make you tear up and reach for a packet of string cheese, I’m not sure what will, as a mother’s original song about postpartum depression brings Carrie Underwood to tears.

When Hannah Harper stepped onto the American Idol stage this season, she didn’t arrive with a polished backstory or a carefully curated image. She arrived carrying real life—messy, beautiful, exhausting, and holy in its own way.

Hannah’s childhood was anything but ordinary. She spent seven years growing up on a tour bus, traveling coast to coast and singing for the Lord. Music wasn’t just something she did; it was the air she breathed. But life had other chapters waiting for her, ones she couldn’t have scripted.

At 25, Hannah is a mom of three. Her days are loud, fast, and full. Somewhere between diapers, snack cups, and long nights, she faced postpartum depression—and fought her way through it. The dream didn’t disappear; it changed shape. Being their mama became the calling she knows she was meant for, even when it stretched her thin.

On the Idol stage, Hannah chose to sing an original song—one that didn’t try to hide the chaos of motherhood. She sang about reheating her coffee for the third time. About toys underfoot. About feeling overwhelmed and “touched out.” And then came the line that cracked open hearts everywhere, including Carrie’s: “Mama, can you open my string cheese?”

It was simple. Ordinary. And devastatingly tender.

Because every parent watching knew exactly that moment. The one where you’re running on empty, and still, you open the string cheese. You smile. You stay. You give what you have because love keeps showing up even when you’re tired.

Hannah didn’t sing for sympathy. She sang the truth of what it’s like to be a mom. And in doing so, she gave voice to countless mothers who have wondered if they’re doing enough, being enough, or allowed to still hold a dream alongside their children. Sometimes the bravest songs aren’t the loudest ones. Sometimes they sound like lullabies, laundry rooms, and little voices asking for help with string cheese.

And sometimes, they remind us that being needed—right here, right now—is a sacred thing.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” Proverbs 31:25
